In order to assure you the best level of service new color clients must come in for a in person complimentary consultation. Corrective color appointments blocking out 6+ hours will require a 50% deposit.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equaling 50% of service total. “No shows” will result in a full charge of service price.
We send out confirmation emails as a courtesy to notify you of your appointment. It is your responsibility, however, to be aware of your appointment date and time, and to notify us if your contact information has changed.
